This morning, a friend said she and her boyfriend breaking up, and she is very sad.
This evening, a friend called me from start to finish crying constantly, she said she was desperate, until the call ended, she also did not say why, should I listen to her cry?
In fact, we have no reason to grief. Or because a small failures and setbacks and unhappy. Failures and setbacks is a happy, they let us set new goals and start a new effort, without them, we will never feel the joy after less than successful, and can not feel happy life is precious.
We should not despair, should not be sad, we need courage. We need courage and determination to face the difficulties and overcome difficulties. When we lonely, think about our friends, our families, we are not alone. We have a lot to be done, life is good, a lot of good things waiting for us to create.
On the contrary, there are many things in life worth We are pleased, for example, today I finished a working alone, I saw other people's comments to me, and today I share some of her day, I am very happy. They came from another place of the earth, we separated by oceans, our dialogue is to transcend space, Are these not worth our happy?

Yes I was born in Harbin (the north, lolol). My family actually moved to Guangzhou when I was about 11? And then we came to Canada. I miss China a lot. The longer I live here, the more I wonder how much has changed. (I still SPEAK chinese, I can kind of read it, but can't write)
It's good to see that you are so positive. But sometimes when life gets really tough it's hard to see the full half of the bottle. In those cases I think you are better off just telling the sad person you are there for him/her, instead of telling them that unhappiness is important.
Yes, life should be full of happiness! I agree with you when you say that there's a lot to be done, and we can't be sad or else we'll never fulfill our life. You're the kind of "glass half full" type of person. You're very optimistic. And I hope to tell you ALL about my European adventure.
:]
HAHA nooo I'm older than that :p High school feels like such a long time ago. I'm at University of Toronto, studying life science. University here...as long as you have money, and your marks are decent, you can get accepted (although most students take out loans from the government, called OSAP. It doesn't charge you interest, so when you graduate, you just pay back whatever amount you borrowed a few years ago). Entrance not as scary as it is in China, or as competitive, although once you do get in, the workload is scarily heavy. And if you really want a good future, you still need to face a high level of competition. I'm very lucky that I didn't have to deal with the whole examination thing, for university. It sounds terrible and not even fair.
I never had a chance to go back. At first we just really needed to settle down, because at first it was really tough, and it was a new environment, etc. Then we just didn't have to money or time to go back as a family. And now I don't have the time anymore.
I don't think I'd ever want to go back to China to work and live. It's just so competitive, so populated, and the air is always polluted. I like Canada. It's very nice, and I think that on some level I am more Canadian than I am Chinese. :)
Harbin's snowed already?!?!!?? :O In Toronto it's still about 10 degrees during the day. Normally it doesn't snow here until December. January is when the snow gets heavy.
Liaoning isn't toooooo far away from Hei Long Jiang actually. This is really cool!
A "half glass full" type of person means that you're happy and optimistic. You always look on the bright side of life.
